Meet Roxie
Roxanne Voss, known as Roxie, was the South Bay face now Mantaca of Cali Cake Moms. Roxie began her adventures in custom cake design on an impulse. In 2012, as Roxie began the elusive search for the perfect cake for her nuptials.
From that first successful cake, Roxie began to explore different cake baking techniques, decorating strategies, and slowly integrated new tools, materials, and (literal) layers to her creations. Her laid-back manner, paired with an exquisite eye for creative detailing and many hours failing forward, is the core ingredient to her cake baking and decorating prowess. Today, she brings to the custom cake business artistry, problem-solving, and an ability to translate a customer’s vision for a cake to life.
Roxie balances her day dreaming-up new cake ideas and motherhood. Raising three kids, Roxie has always loved making her children personalized cakes that personify each personality at the moment. A strong love for family brought Roxie into the custom cake industry and continues to be her motivation behind every slice of cake she serves. She loves ensuring the unforgettable memories of family celebrations are served with a slice of delicious cake personalized to the person and moment being celebrated.
